Another National Learning & Development Conference has passed.Last Wednesday at Croke Park, we had several inspiring speakers, highlighting the current and future L&D and business environment, and very informative panel discussions. And it was brilliant to see so much amazing networking taking place between colleagues, prospective clients and friends old and new.
L&DI looked better than ever this year with the Conference theme focusing on Sustaining Organisation Growth.
Danny McCoy (Ibec CEO), Matt Beane (author and researcher), Gay White (L&DI President), Kevin Hannigan (Client Director at conference sponsors HPC), Sinead Heneghan (CEO L&DI). Danny McCoy spoke about the importance of L&D and the Irish economy, while Matt Beane gave a keynote about AI and its use for L&D professionals.
Julie Drybrough encouraged delegates to grow and nurture their professional and personal network at the Conference.
