The 2023 World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report brings together the perspective of 803 companies, employing more than 11.3 million workers across 27 industry clusters and 45 economies. It provides insights into the impact of macroeconomic, environmental and technology trends on jobs and skills and the workforce development strategies businesses plan to use over the next five years.  Technology adoption will be a key driver of business transformation in the next five years. Digital Platforms and apps, Big data, cloud computing and Artificial intelligence rank highly on the likelihood of adoption. The impact of most technologies on jobs is expected to be a net positive over the next five years.
