An Evening of Excellence

With a welcome return as a gala event, the L&D community came together to celebrate the latest innovations in the sector at the Killashee Hotel, Naas, on September 22nd, 2023.

The Excellence in Learning Awards have gradually been returning to their pre-pandemic heyday and this year saw another step forward with a full evening gala ceremony, the first time since before the pandemic.

The Excellence in Learning Awards recognise Learning and Development (L&D) within Irish companies, and this year there was a strong set of finalists representing the high standard of candidates developing initiatives in this arena.  

With a broad selection of applicants showing the rude health of L&D in Ireland, this year there was strong representation from several important sectors of Irish industry, including retail, financial services and the public service. All of these were praised for presenting submissions of a particularly high standard.
