The second of our three webinars is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7th (9.30am) showcasing the winning initiatives of three Award winners and a finalist:

20FIFTY Partners/Lean & Green Skillnet/Uisce Eireann - Best L&D Collaboration Initiative
Working in collaboration with state agencies, industry and international organisations, 20FIFTY Partners has ensured that Ireland is at the forefront of helping to address the global water crisis. 20FIFTY Partners has developed the certified water stewardship programme which has enabled business water users across the country to save millions of euro in water and related energy costs while reducing water consumption by up to 20% per project, delivering 1,400 water conservation projects.

EY - Best Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Initiative Winners
The EY Refugee Access Programme (RAP) provides refugees with the platform to the corporate world in Ireland. It served as a cornerstone for career change and a chance to explore their potential and skillset. The opportunity to network people from different levels within the organisation, including counsellors, restored confidence levels and the Thought Leadership exercises provided the opportunity to research and learn about the impact of climate change and its disastrous effect on every part of the world.

IASIO/Irish Prison Service/Munster Technological University/Cork ETB - Best Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Initiative Finalists
The aim was to design, develop and deliver an accredited, industry recognised, practical culinary and catering programme for prisoners, in order to maximise, sustainable post release employment opportunities. This creative and innovative initiative brought together university lecturers, food sector employers, prison education staff, rehabilitation staff, a career guidance professional and a specialist post-release support agency, all having the combined goals of offering participants market recognised certification, long-term careers upon release, further training pathways, a new structure for corporate social responsibility, break stigma around ex-offenders, bring new people into the culinary world and providing a scalable recruitment solution to employers, facing current recruitment challenges.
