About the Course
Delivered online in two half-day sessions, after completion of the course you will be able to explain the systematic training cycle, apply the core competencies of the training administrator's role, use a systematic process for planning, administering and promoting training, review how to track training costs and monitor budgets and evaluate training and produce relevant data.
The programme content has been broken down into four integrated modules and is delivered in a highly participative, practical and engaging manner.
The structure is as follows:
- Module 1 - Learning and Development as an integral part of the business
- Module 2 – Planning and Administering Training
- Module 3 – Tracking training cost and budget responsibility
- Module 4 – A day in the life of a Training Administrator
A range of learning methods and approaches will be used to promote the practical application of theoretical concepts covered.
Who is the Course for?
This course is designed for those who want a greater insight into the role, responsibilities and core competencies of administering a training and learning department. During the course you will have an opportunity to assess what you are currently doing and consider other approaches that can be applied in your department to improve current practices.

Cancelation Fees:
Notice of less than 10 working days: 100% of course fee.
Notice of 10 – 60 working days: 50% of course fee.
